Mondays & Wednesdays @ 7:00PM 

WandWoman Dance Workout - Rhythm! Spirit! Fun! This high-energy signature dance class will keep you motivated with combinations of power funk, hip-hop, and Afro-jazz moves. Wanda has designed these moves to get your whole body moving and burn lots of calories and shaking your thang! WandaWoman Dance makes working out fun.. you'll forget that it's exercising - Get ready to take it to the dance floor!

Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 6:45PM 

Pump it Up! - Muscle conditioning class design to tone and strengthen your body various types of resistance equipment are used – dumbbells, body bars, tubing and balls to increase the effectiveness and intensity of the workout. Great way to tighten and tone muscles!

Fridays @ 7:00PM

Anything Goes – “TGIF” It's Friday and you deserve a treat! A variety of classes will be offered each week -- Pump It Up!, Zumba Fitness Party, African Dance, Belly Dance, Hip-hop, Modern-Jazz, Ballet, Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and freestyle dance and more! Experience classes with DC's best dance and fitness teachers!

Saturdays @ 10:30AM 

Weekend Boot Camp Jumpstart your weekend with this 90-minute total body workout. A combination of cardio and strengthen movements to challenge your muscles,increase endurance and take your fitness to next level!

Class Policies

  • Classes are filled on a first come, first serve basis. To ensure everyone's comfort, a maximum of 15 students depending on the class.
  • Please be on time. The warm-up is important to avoid injury.
  • Schedule is subject to change without notice; please check the bulletin board for schedule changes and call ahead during holidays and bad weather conditions.

Class Cards Rates

All class passes are good for eight weeks (excluding holidays when the gym is closed) from the date of purchase.

  • 5 CLASS PASS - $60
  • 10 CLASS PASS - $110
  • 15 CLASS PASS - $150
  • MONTHLY UNLIMITED CLASS PASS -$100
  • DROP IN - $15.00

  • PERSONAL TRAINING AND PRIVATE PILATES SESSIONS AVAILABLE.
